Chocolate Cheesecake Brownies

A mixture of vanilla baked cheesecake and chocolate brownie. Yummy!
If your in the mood for some baking during this midterm, why not bake this. Even if you don't like cheesecake you can give it to a neighbour or friend (Karma will love it).

Ingredients
~For Cheesecake
  1 egg
  225g cream cheese
  50g caster sugar
  5ml vanilla essence

~For Brownie
  115g dark chocolate
  115g unsalted butter
  150g light brown sugar
  2 eggs (beaten)
  50g plain flour

Method
1. Preheat oven to  160*C. Line tin.
2. Start with cheesecake mixture, by beating egg in a bowl. Add in cream cheese, caster sugar and vanilla essence. Beat until smooth and creamy.
3. In a different bowl make brownie mixture. Melt chocolate and butter, stirring well. Add in sugar.
4. Add the eggs, a little at a time, and beat well. Gently stir in the flour.
5. Spread 2/3 of the brownie mixture into the tin. Pour all of the cheesecake on top. Spoon on remaining brownie mixture in heaps. Use a skewer to create a marbled effect.
6. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Leave in tin to cool, then cut into squares.

Happy Baking
